1. Can you travel to our wedding?
Yes! We're based in Virginia, but we'll go wherever you're getting married. Whether it's a mountain elopement, a beach ceremony, or your family's backyard three states away, we're there. Just let us know where you're celebrating and we'll figure out the details.
2. When and how do we pay?
We ask for a 30% retainer to reserve your date, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding. You can pay by card, check, or bank transfer — whatever works easiest for you. We'll send you simple invoices along the way so there's no guesswork.
3. How long does it take to receive our wedding films and photos?
You'll get a few sneak peeks within a week, and your full gallery and film will be ready in 8 to 12 weeks. We take our time with editing because we want everything to feel just right — nostalgic, intentional, and true to your day.
4. How do you choose the music for the film?
We pull from a mix of indie, folk, and ambient tracks that match the mood of your day. If you have a song that's meaningful to you both, we're happy to work it in. The goal is always to create something that feels like you when you watch it back.
5. Do you always have a second shooter?
For full-day weddings, yes. It helps us capture more angles, candid moments, and details without missing a beat. For smaller celebrations or elopements, it's usually just us — which keeps things intimate and relaxed.
